A key link in the healthcare chain, Steriparc offers innovative, optimised sterilisation services tailored to the needs of healthcare institutions. We handle the sterilisation of reusable surgical instruments for operating theatres in public, semi-public, and private establishments in French-speaking Switzerland. Thanks to the expertise of our teams, we ensure reliability, safety, and compliance at every stage of the reprocessing of medical devices. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced person to fill the position of Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a production environment, preferably in sterilisation or a similar sector (pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, etc.)
Your mission will be:
- To provide close operational supervision of sterilisation agents to ensure the return of medical devices to the departments
- To supervise and coordinate the operations of production teams to ensure the sterilisation of equipment in compliance with quality, safety standards, and deadlines
- To guarantee the smooth running of processes, team management, and adherence to technical and regulatory procedures related to sterilisation
- To participate in the maintenance of sterilisation equipment and ensure the management of team safety and the work environment
What we expect from you:
- Holder of a Level 2 Sterilisation Technical Assistant diploma; STE 1 with experience or Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in Medical Technical Documentation (TDM)
- Knowledge in team management and leadership
- Strong ability to take initiative to solve problems and improve production processes
