The Burgfelderhof Care Centre is one of five care centres of the BSB. The spacious modern building offers 113 residents with different needs a city-close, comfortable and individual home in the middle of greenery.

As Head of Domestic Services and Catering, you are responsible for organising, ensuring and further developing the domestic services at the Burgfelderhof Care Centre and the Zum Lamm Residential and Care Centre. Together with internal and external partners, you ensure a high quality of living and stay for our residents. Your diverse range of tasks includes quality assurance in the areas of cleaning, laundry supply and catering, as well as participation in projects, events and the continuous optimisation of processes.

• Training as a Domestic Services Manager HF/FA, Facility Manager FH or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or social services
• Strong quality and service awareness
• Strong conceptual and organisational skills as well as networked thinking
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as proficient MS Office user skills
