On the modern campus in Nottwil, you will find an inspiring atmosphere and interdisciplinary collaboration on an equal footing. Every day, our gastronomy serves 190 patients and about 600 employees in addition to individual guests in the public self-service restaurant. The area of responsibility is complemented by a lively and diverse banquet operation.

These are your tasks

• Monitoring and assisting in the production and preparation of meals and dishes for all customer segments, taking into account HACCP and QMS
• Independent management of patient meal cards
• Checking and assisting at the patient meal distribution belt
• Adhering to recipe and calculation bases
• Working independently at banquets and events
• Monitoring, maintaining and, if necessary, improving hygiene and quality standards
• Participating in the training of apprentice cooks
• Working on various projects

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a cook.
• You can demonstrate several years of professional experience in classic gastronomy (large operations are an advantage) as well as in the banquet sector.

About us

The Swiss Paraplegic Centre in Nottwil is a private, nationally and internationally recognised specialist clinic for spinal cord, spinal and ventilation medicine. As an acute and rehabilitation clinic, the centre offers its patients comprehensive care and supports them for life.
