Responsibilities:
You take on a central role in accounting and are responsible for the correct processing of the general and subsidiary ledgers as well as the relevant closing processes according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
With precise reconciliations and meaningful reporting, you ensure transparency and a reliable financial basis for management.
You coordinate budget and planning processes, support internal audits and ensure the correct handling of VAT.
You systematically analyse existing finance processes, identify automation potentials and independently implement optimisations and digitalisation projects.
You continuously develop finance and reporting processes and ensure efficient workflows as well as high data quality.
Qualifications:
A further education as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma or an ongoing corresponding training forms your professional basis.
You bring three to five years of experience in finance or fiduciary services as well as sound knowledge in general ledger and closing work.
Your IT affinity is demonstrated by confident use of MS Office and your interest in ERP, CRM and automation solutions.
You think process-oriented, recognise improvement potentials and enjoy actively driving changes in the finance area.
You have fluent German language skills.
