Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Electrical installations are part of every construction - from the first flush-mounted socket to the complex system solution. Our Rocken partner develops and produces innovative installation products for electrical and construction professionals. The field of activity includes solutions for flush-mounted, hollow wall and concrete construction, fire protection, cable management as well as pluggable installation systems. Responsibilities:
Processing customer enquiries from the international market
Telephone contact to acquire orders
Developing suitable solutions for technical customer requirements
Clarification and procurement of special items
Preparation and calculation of individual offers
Follow-up of open offers until decision
Coordination with internal departments for complex customer concerns
Maintaining existing customer relationships in daily business
Qualifications:
Commercial or technical basic training with appropriate further education
Several years of experience in international internal sales
Strong technical understanding and interest in customer-specific solutions
Confident handling of MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage
Structured working method and good interconnected thinking
Customer-oriented communication as well as reliable teamwork
Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
French skills are an advantage
