Our client is a specialised provider for refurbishment, renovation, and transformation in the Greater Zurich area - economically sound, full project pipeline, excellent reputation in the region.

Your role

You independently manage refurbishment and renovation projects: from scheduling through tender and bidding processes to handover and warranty services. You control costs using specialised construction administration software, ensure quality according to the project manual, supervise on-site execution, and coordinate all involved contractors. You confidently lead construction and contractor meetings, including accurate minute-taking.

In existing buildings, things rarely go according to plan. You make decisions on site, not after consultation.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in refurbishment and renovation
• Basic construction training, for example as a structural draughtsperson with further education
• Strong awareness of costs, time, and quality
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness with contractors and clients
• Proficiency in common IT and construction administration software
• Resilience, team spirit, and entrepreneurial thinking
