The thermoludic complex of Bains de Saillon, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, combines several activities: a thermal area composed of baths, a wellness Mayens village with saunas and a Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Spa Cinq Mondes area, a fitness centre, and a hotel area with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants.

To complete our team, we are looking for a

Wellness Assistant Manager – 60%

Your profile:
• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting and administration
• Knowledge of TAC software would be a plus
• Proficiency in common IT tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge in the field of care is an asset
• Organised, precise and punctual

Your tasks:
• Management and processing of internal invoices
• Management of emails and telephone calls
• Processing and follow-up of customer complaints
• Management and follow-up of orders
• Administrative support to the Wellness Manager
• Organisation and follow-up of the department’s administrative tasks
