Responsibilities:
You are responsible for ongoing financial accounting in your area of responsibility and handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed assets.
By reconciling accounts, managing payment transactions, dunning and VAT returns, you ensure reliable financial data.
You actively participate in closing activities and continuously expand your responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
You prepare management reports and financial analyses, assess costs, revenues and margins, and increasingly support budgeting and forecasting.
By maintaining ERP data and further developing processes, you strengthen efficiency in the finance area and become an important interface for accounting and controlling in the Swiss organisation.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship as well as initial further training in finance and accounting form your professional foundation.
You have already gained initial experience in accounting and want to deepen your knowledge in accounting and controlling specifically.
You are proficient in Excel and common MS Office applications.
You convince through accuracy, loyalty and initiative, gladly take on responsibility and remain structured even under high workloads.
You have an interest in financial analyses, reporting and business management issues and possess confident German language skills as well as good English skills.
