Material Preparation Operator (m/f/d) - 14 months

We are looking for a Material Preparation Operator for our client based in Aubonne for a 14-month assignment.

Your role:

• Ensure your qualification and follow-up of your training in classified areas
• Ensure that the material needed for production is available within the required timeframe.
• Perform manual cleaning of certain equipment parts
• Operate production equipment for washing and sterilising items (Washer, autoclave, oven, tank preparation station)
• Prepare assemblies used in filling activities following the current procedures
• Clean production areas in class C/D
• Manage consumables
• Organise activities according to the production schedule
• Ensure proper traceability of operations through completion of associated production documents (Batch record, logbook, form, checklist, ...)
• Participate in continuous improvement within the department.
• Participate in investigations in case of non-compliance

Your Profile:

• Experience in a field applying Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices
• Experience in an industrial, pharmaceutical environment. Knowledge in material preparation is a plus
• Proactive, flexible, honest, rigorous, respectful and autonomous
• Good adaptability to change
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written
• Writing skills and use of computer tools (Word, Excel, SAP) are a plus

The working hours are between 05:00 and 22:00, mainly in shift work (2x8) with possibilities of daytime hours depending on needs.
