Application & Database Manager (m/f/d)
ROCKEN® has significantly simplified the application process with its digital recruitment solution, setting a new, uniform standard. We connect talents, experts and professionals throughout Switzerland. Our network of established companies is made available on our ROCKEN® Talent Platform.
The IT department at our partner consists of application development and system engineering. Around 30 dedicated employees work in both areas. The goal is to provide high-quality services for the members, customers and sister companies (national and international) of our partner. To meet this task in the future, the system landscape is continuously changed and adapted to the latest requirements. Additionally, a multi-year restructuring of the system architecture and the corresponding applications is underway.

Responsibilities:
Analysis and optimisation of application processes in collaboration with business analysts
Ensuring 3rd-level application support and handling complex incidents
Support and further development of various business applications such as CRM, factory applications as well as customer and member portals
Conducting software tests for new functions and existing applications
Support in the technical advancement and improvement of the managed application landscape
Qualifications:
Completed training or further education in computer science
Experience with SQL data queries and structured software testing
Knowledge in software development, especially Java and/or frontend technologies, is an advantage
Good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
Analytical, independent and solution-oriented working style with a strong understanding of business processes
