The Neubourg 21 association is a three-year pilot project offering transitional accommodation entirely designed by and for women experiencing homelessness, with support focused on empowerment. Three residents will benefit from housing for twelve months, with individualised psychosocial support to develop sustainable social and financial autonomy.

To bring this mission to life, we are looking for three committed coaches who will participate in building an innovative support model, closely aligned with the people concerned.

YOUR MISSION

● Provide specialised individual "case management" support to resident women, in consultation with them: identify their needs, define support areas, promote self-determination and support psychosocial recovery.

● Support each resident's socio-professional reintegration project and help them mobilise their resources.

● Strengthen community life by encouraging spaces for exchange among residents.

● Develop and maintain collaborations with the local Neuchâtel network.

● Document and analyse field experience.

YOUR PROFILE

● Training in social work, health, or an equivalent field.

● At least 5 years of professional experience in the socio-health sector.

● Good knowledge of the Neuchâtel socio-health network.

● Communication skills, interpersonal skills and great adaptability.

● Ability to work autonomously, without a rigid institutional framework, while relying on a network and regular supervision.

● Stress resistance and ability to prevent and manage risk situations.

● Flexibility in working hours.

● Ability to offer an unconditional welcoming attitude, be solution-oriented and believe in the self-realisation capacities of the people supported.
