Role:
In this role, you are responsible for the stable operation, further development, and automation of a modern IT infrastructure focusing on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, as well as Windows Server systems and applications. You analyse complex technical challenges, develop sustainable solutions, and actively contribute your ideas to optimisation processes. You handle demanding 2nd-level support cases, work solution-oriented with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure a high level of service quality. You monitor, maintain, and improve the system landscape regarding performance, security, and scalability and accompany IT projects from planning to implementation. You document your work carefully and thus contribute to sustainable knowledge building in the IT infrastructure operations environment.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the stable operation, further development, and automation of the IT infrastructure focusing on Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Azure, as well as Windows Server systems and applications.
- In this role, you analyse technical challenges, develop sustainable solutions, and contribute your own ideas to optimisation processes.
- You handle complex 2nd-level support cases in a solution-oriented manner and work closely with external partners when necessary.
- You monitor, maintain, and optimise the system landscape regarding performance, security, and scalability.
- You accompany IT projects from planning to implementation and independently take on technical sub-areas.
- In this role, you document your work transparently and thus ensure sustainable knowledge building within the team.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in computer science and have solid professional experience as a system engineer or IT administrator in the Microsoft environment.
- You master the administration of Windows Server, M365, and Microsoft Azure including troubleshooting and automation.
- A structured, careful working style and proactive thinking in technical matters characterise you.
- You have successfully implemented IT projects and see yourself as a service provider with high quality standards.
- You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills.
