Sector Manager for Maintenance Cleaning (m/f/d)

• Implementing smooth maintenance cleaning according to the customer contract
• Organising and optimising workflows including quality controls
• Managing materials and monitoring material consumption
• Supporting the recruitment of cleaning staff and holiday cover
• Staff management (introduction, deployment and holiday planning, training, recording working hours and absences, reporting personnel changes to the relevant interfaces, etc.)
• Organising and reporting on additional services
• Supporting the Cleaning Manager with administrative and operational processes
• Ensuring occupational safety, health protection and the proper handling of machines and equipment
• Personnel and professional leadership of 60 employees
• Economic control and monitoring of budget compliance
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery in the responsible areas
• Collaboration with various external suppliers and internal contacts in FM mandates
• and central departments
• On-site inspections at customers

• Several years of successful professional and leadership experience in cleaning
• Fluent in German and English
• Reliable personality with confident manner towards internal and external customers
• Economic mindset and enjoyment in working with employees
• Active participation in shaping innovations and further development
• High self-motivation and independence
• Proven experience in team leadership is essential
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Good PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to use various internal tools
• Precise, structured and independent working style
• High quality awareness, strong customer orientation and impeccable manners
