Technical Caretaker (m/f/d)

As a Technical Caretaker, you take responsibility for ensuring that our customers' properties function technically flawlessly – with your organisational skills, you confidently coordinate service providers and internal departments and apply your expertise purposefully to ensure smooth operations and satisfied users.

• Maintenance and servicing of building technical systems
• Carrying out regular inspections and maintenance work in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
• Troubleshooting and rectifying faults in technical systems
• Ensuring smooth technical operations
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of modernisation and renovation projects
• Compliance with and monitoring of safety and fire protection regulations
• Coordination with external service providers and craftsmen and supervision of the work performed
• Documentation of completed work and preparation of reports

• Completed vocational training in operational maintenance, building technology or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role in caretaking or building management
• Additional qualifications such as safety officer (SiBe) or sprinkler system maintenance are advantageous
• Commitment, resilience and assertiveness
• Process-oriented and quality-conscious working style
• Impeccable reputation
• Category B driving licence
• Willingness to perform on-call duty
