Apprentice Specialist in Facility Maintenance EFZ, Specialisation in Building Services

1 apprenticeship position starting August 2027 As an apprentice specialist in facility maintenance with a focus on building services, you will primarily work indoors. You maintain and clean building facilities or monitor building technology systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary installations. Furthermore, you carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair work in operational building maintenance. You independently perform repair work of all kinds, remedy structural damage, and handle the proper disposal of waste. If necessary, you also undertake simple masonry, painting, and carpentry tasks. Various modern devices, machines, and vehicles such as high-pressure cleaners, lawnmowers, forklifts, etc., are used in the process. Your job destination

• You ensure that building facilities are in perfect condition and take responsibility for their maintenance and cleaning
• You monitor heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems to ensure everything runs smoothly
• You clean and maintain motor-driven small equipment, machines, and vehicles

• You have successfully completed the compulsory secondary school education
• You enjoy practical activities mostly indoors but also outdoors
• Your manual dexterity, good technical understanding, and practical aptitude distinguish you
• Your working style is characterised by independence, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
• A quick grasp and a love for logical thinking are among your strengths
• You are flexible, resilient, and have a high willingness to learn and perform
• You express yourself confidently and fluently in German, both spoken and written
