You are at home in software sales and understand how to successfully position and sell complex solutions? You recognise customer potential early, think strategically and confidently close deals?
As a sales specialist E-Procurement (Account Manager), you are responsible for expanding our customer portfolio in the field of digital procurement solutions. You identify business potential, manage the sales cycle and convincingly position our solutions at decision-maker level.
In close cooperation with key account management, project management and specialist departments, you create real added value for our customers and make a direct contribution to our growth in the field of digital procurement.
Tasks
- Identification, qualification and development of new and existing customer potentials in E-Procurement
- Building and managing a reliable sales pipeline as well as responsibility for the entire sales process
- Analysis of customer requirements, procurement processes and digital maturity to position solutions precisely
- Conducting consulting talks, presentations and workshops with relevant stakeholders
- Coordination between customers, sales and internal teams including handover to implementation as well as further development of existing customers including cross- & upselling
Requirements
- Education / studies in business, computer science, sales or comparable
- Several years of sales experience with complex digital solutions, ideally E-Procurement, E-Business or IT
- Strong customer, consulting and closing orientation as well as confident appearance towards contacts at all levels
- Strong in structured needs assessment, solution pitching and consistent development of sales opportunities
- Experience with digital procurement processes as well as sound knowledge of ERP and E-Procurement systems (e.g. Coupa, SAP Ariba)
- Very good German and English skills; French is a great plus
- Driving licence as well as willingness and enjoyment of regular customer visits
