INTERACTIVE MEDIA DESIGNER - Specialising in Photo & Video (M/F)

To strengthen its Marketing – Product & Communication department, St-Paul Médias SA is looking for a creative and versatile profile in Fribourg, with a strong affinity for photography and video.

YOUR MISSION

You will enhance our creative and production capacity by designing and producing graphic and multimedia materials for our media brands. You will work in tandem with our current Interactive Media Designer and transform marketing, communication, product and commercial briefs into creations adapted to the brands, channels and audiences. Your main focus: photo and video. Your strength: remaining versatile enough to also handle routine graphic design activities for print and digital media.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You participate in the research and development of creative concepts for our campaigns,
products and content.

• You design and produce photo and video productions, from shooting to editing, ensuring their styling and adaptations.

• You develop formats suited to digital uses and social networks (Reels, Stories, interviews, UGC and advertising content).

• You primarily take charge of creating and adapting cross-media campaigns for La Gruyère and La Broye Hebdo, while providing backup within the creative duo.

• You collaborate with the communication, digital marketing and product teams, ensuring the quality of deliverables, respect for visual identities and deadlines.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are trained as an Interactive Media Designer or have equivalent experience.

• You master graphic creation, photography, video, editing and the main Adobe tools.

• You know the codes of social networks, paid media and the constraints of digital and print media.

• You are creative, versatile and able to transform an idea into content adapted to different formats and audiences.

• You enjoy fieldwork, are mobile and show a strong interest in media and the press.

WHAT WILL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Your portfolio. We are looking for a creative, curious and pragmatic personality, capable of proposing, sharing ideas and working as part of a team. You are autonomous, reliable and flexible, comfortable with people being photographed or filmed, quick in execution and attentive to details. A few years of experience are welcome, but the quality of your work, your versatility and your desire to create will count more than seniority.

INFORMATION

Workplace: Fribourg, with regular field trips.
Work rate: 50%.
Start date: from 1 January 2027, to be agreed.
