Computer Scientist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You support the 2nd Level IT Support, create technical documentation and maintain user and support manuals
Together with your team, you install application releases, test software solutions and REST APIs and resolve technical issues
You contribute to digitalisation projects, automations and the further development of IT solutions
Monitoring of backups, recovery tests as well as compliance with IT security and data protection regulations are also part of your responsibilities
Qualifications:
You have a computer science education and relevant IT experience
You bring knowledge of Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP), IIS, Veeam, networks and Microsoft 365
Interest in Azure Cloud, Linux, security, SQL databases and virtualisation (VMware) is an advantage
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written and enjoy working in a team
