Technical Clerk in Internal Sales (m/f/d)

- Administrative tasks in internal sales and support of external sales in customer consulting
- Preparation of quotations, processing of enquiries and orders
- Installation activities: for example, traffic and zone signals, or also barrier and access systems
- Development of concepts and participation in projects
- Maintenance of customer data in CRM and ERP including invoicing
- Handling of customer complaints and damage cases
Qualifications:
- Technical basic training with commercial further education or commercial basic training with technical affinity
- Driving licence category B, preferably category BE
- Good PC skills (CRM, ERP, MS Office)
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
