At Tend, we shape the future of the real estate industry – innovative and measurable. As part of our Energetic Renovation division, you will work on projects that have a direct impact on reducing CO2 emissions in the Swiss building stock.
In your role as a system integrator, you will play a crucial part in the successful implementation of energetic renovations. Tend realises holistic solutions – from consulting through technical integration and commissioning to operational optimisation – with the goal of sustainably reducing energy consumption and emissions and enhancing buildings in the long term.
You are responsible for integrating components and all trades of the technical installation – from heating and solar to electromobility, energy meters, energy monitoring, and energy management systems with remote maintenance. You will benefit from high personal responsibility, short decision-making paths, and an experienced team that supports you.
Your area of responsibility
- Planning and specialist construction management of integral energy systems during execution
- Development of project variants and optimisation of technical solutions in the areas of heat pumps, PV, and energy management
- Work preparation, system integration, and quality assurance including programming and system monitoring
- Organisation, management, and execution of system tests, commissioning, and acceptance
- Operational support and continuous optimisation of systems after commissioning
- Further development of processes and standards to increase efficiency and quality in projects
- Team-oriented personality with confident communication and entrepreneurial thinking
What you bring
- Experience in project management and implementation of technical systems in planning and execution
- Completed training in electrical, building, or automation technology (e.g. electrician, building automation technician, building IT technician, or comparable)
- Good knowledge of programming and integration of building automation and heating control systems
- Familiar with interfaces and protocols such as M-Bus, Modbus, or LoRaWAN as well as electrical engineering basics
- Interest in IT infrastructure, energy management, and digital system monitoring
- Basic hydraulic knowledge is an advantage
- Independent, reliable working style with a high awareness of quality and deadlines
