Technical Sales Support Clerk (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will be responsible for technical customer support and commercial order processing. You will handle orders for technical products and coordinate the associated administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
You clarify product enquiries and assist customers with questions regarding operation and maintenance.
Monitor stock levels and organise the availability of required materials.
You obtain price quotations and check the conditions of various suppliers.
Coordinate the shipment of goods and handle the associated transport documents.
You manage order processing from entry to delivery.
You prepare documents for international order processing.
Coordinate open customer issues with internal and external contacts.
Qualifications:
Completed basic technical training, supplemented by commercial further education.
Experience in internal sales, materials management, or technical customer service.
Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office.
You have technical understanding and an independent, structured way of working.
Very good German skills; knowledge of French is an advantage.
Experience with technical machines and components is desirable.
