Role:

Good business applications arise where expertise and technology closely interact. As a Software Developer Microsoft Power Platform, you build exactly this bridge and use the Microsoft Power Platform as the technical foundation. Your focus is first on the standard functions, and you apply extensions selectively. This creates scalable solutions that remain maintainable even in a few years. Architectural understanding, personal responsibility, and confident interaction with business departments are required.

Responsibilities:

• In workshops and requirements analyses, you clarify customer needs and choose between standard, low-code, and individual customising.

• You implement Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps and formulate the application logic in Power Fx.

• You design data models, business rules, and role-based security concepts in Dataverse.

• Additionally, you automate processes with Power Automate, such as approval workflows and cross-system cloud flows.

• You link solutions with Microsoft 365 (M365), SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365. You integrate external systems via custom connectors and REST interfaces and extend with Azure or chatbots from Copilot Studio if needed.

• You are also responsible for application lifecycle management (ALM) through environments and solutions, systematically fix errors, and further develop best practices.

Qualifications:

• You have at least 3 years of project experience in developing low-code solutions in the Microsoft environment.

• You master Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate in practice and confidently apply them even for complex requirements.

• You have a strong sense for data modelling, permissions, and security concepts.

• Furthermore, you have accompanied deployments across multiple environments and critically assess solutions regarding performance and maintainability.

• Knowledge of Azure, bot technologies, or custom connectors as well as a certification such as Power Platform Developer Associate is desirable.

• You also convince business departments in German as effortlessly as international contacts in English.
