Finance Specialist 60% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset and financial accounting

• Independent handling of payment transactions as well as monitoring and managing liquidity

• Year-end closing tasks and periodic evaluations

• Preparation of VAT returns

• Active participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of processes as well as the continuous development of internal workflows

• Deputising for the Head of Personnel Administration and support in selected areas of human resources

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial training, ideally with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting or comparable further education

• Several years of professional experience in this field

• Strong independence as well as a structured and conscientious working style

• Analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers

• Good IT skills and confident handling of Microsoft Office applications

• Enthusiasm for the diverse range of tasks in a dynamic SME

• Team-oriented, responsible personality with a pronounced can-do attitude
