AI Consultant

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an

Your role will be to work directly with employees to understand their activities, identify opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, and support them in realising their ideas.

As a true facilitator of AI adoption, you will help teams identify relevant use cases, develop solutions tailored to their needs, and gradually integrate these tools into their daily professional lives.

Your responsibilities

• Support employees in discovering and using artificial intelligence, taking into account their activities and specific needs.
• Identify AI application opportunities by engaging directly with teams about their processes, challenges, and tasks that could be optimised.
• Design and implement AI agents that meet identified needs, favouring concrete, useful solutions adapted to real-world conditions.
• Advise and challenge proposed ideas from employees to assess their relevance, feasibility, and added value.
• Train users on the tools and solutions developed, promoting autonomous handling and effective use.
• Ensure follow-up of initiatives and support employees in the continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
• Encourage AI adoption within teams by making these technologies accessible and demonstrating their usefulness in daily activities.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in the field of artificial intelligence, particularly in designing and deploying AI agents.
• You master the possibilities offered by generative AI technologies and know how to translate them into concrete applications.
• You have experience in user support, training, or leading the adoption of new technological tools.
• You are able to quickly understand employees’ needs and transform them into relevant solutions.
• You demonstrate excellent listening skills, pedagogy, and an ability to simplify technical subjects.
• You are pragmatic, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
• You enjoy direct contact with teams and know how to establish a trusting relationship to encourage experimentation and AI adoption.
