You operate the Windows Application Hosting for various applications based on .NET, MS-SQL, Tomcat, JRE and in future Azure
You accompany applications throughout the entire lifecycle - from planning and coordination to implementation and operation
You are responsible for compliance with the hosting SLAs and maintain service agreements with customers
You conduct service reviews and ensure continuous service improvement
You work closely with internal customers and software suppliers and are responsible for the annual billing of the service
Qualifications:
You have an IT education or further training (EFZ, HF, BSc.) and solid experience in operating Windows server-based applications, especially IIS
Additional knowledge in Azure and Microsoft 365 is an advantage
You are familiar with ITIL and have experience in PowerShell automation
You work customer-oriented, carefully and quality-conscious and are communicative and a team player
You have very good German and English skills
