Production Technician – Filling Line (M/F)

As part of our collaboration with an innovative player in the biotech/pharma sector, we are recruiting a Production Technician on Filling Line to join their teams at the production site.

Your tasks

• Ensure the operation and monitoring of filling and dispensing lines in a controlled environment.
• Carry out aseptic filling operations in compliance with procedures and GMP requirements.
• Perform format changes, adjustments and first-level maintenance operations on equipment.
• Carry out product connection and transfer operations according to current procedures.
• Perform checks and operations related to the functioning of equipment and the production environment.
• Carry out sampling and in-process controls.
• Complete batch records and production documentation and ensure traceability of operations.
• Identify and report anomalies, deviations and non-conformities.
• Participate in cleaning, line emptying and maintenance of the production area operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the performance and quality of production lines.

Your profile

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical production, ideally in dispensing, filling or aseptic line operation activities.
• Experience in controlled atmosphere zone (CAZ) / cleanroom, ideally with isolator use.
• Mastery of line operation, format changes and first-level adjustments.
• Good knowledge of GMP and requirements related to aseptic production.
• Used to working with batch records and rigorous production documentation.
• Meticulous, autonomous and methodical person, with strong respect for procedures.
• Good team spirit and ability to work in a demanding production environment.
• Fluent French, both spoken and written.

Your tasks

Integrated into our client’s production team, you will work on high-tech equipment in a controlled environment:

• Prepare and operate aseptic filling lines in a sterile zone.
• Ensure adjustments, control and monitoring of machines.
• Carry out cleaning, sterilisation and format change operations.
• Complete quality documentation (batch records, logbooks) in compliance with GMP.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance and Process teams to ensure production performance.

Desired profile

• Training in industrial production, pharma, biotech or similar field.
• First experience mandatory on a filling line in a GMP environment (pharma, biotech or food industry).
• Mastery of requirements related to a sterile environment / CAZ.
• Rigor, autonomy, organisational skills and team spirit.
