Your Tasks

• Independent and professional care and support of clients at home
• Ensuring individual and needs-based care
• Implementation of nursing and medical measures
• Documentation and assurance of the care process
• Collaboration with relatives as well as internal and external specialist agencies

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF
• Ideally experience in the Spitex sector
• Knowledge of the Swing system is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts (early shifts from 07:00 and late shifts until approx. 21:00)
• Willingness to work every second weekend
• Independent, flexible and responsible way of working
• Driving licence is an advantage but not a requirement
