Job Description
- Supervise and support a team of specialised technicians.
- Organise and oversee maintenance, repair and after-sales service activities.
- Plan and coordinate interventions in collaboration with various departments.
- Provide technical support to technicians and clients.
- Carry out complex diagnostics and participate in troubleshooting when necessary.
- Manage orders for spare parts and purchases.
- Research and negotiate with suppliers.
- Optimise and manage stock control.
- Prepare quotes and ensure follow-up of intervention invoicing.
- Maintain client relationships and participate in contract follow-up.
- Ensure the smooth running of the workshop and continuous process improvement.
Profile Sought
- Proven experience in the field of aerial work platforms, elevating platforms, forklifts or similar equipment.
- Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electrotechnics and fault diagnosis.
- Successful experience in managing a technical team.
- Comfortable with IT tools and ERP systems.
- Autonomous, organised and solution-oriented person.
- Excellent service sense and good client relations.
- Strong interest in technology and new market solutions.
