In the heart of the Vaud Alps, the resorts of Villars, Gryon and Les Diablerets welcome thousands of visitors each winter who come to enjoy 100 km of slopes in an exceptional setting. Even before putting on their skis, our customers’ experience begins at the till, where clear, efficient and warm welcome makes all the difference.

To ensure this essential first contact and to manage the sale of transport tickets on our facilities, we are looking for our future Cashier for the 2026–2027 winter season.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Welcome, inform and guide customers courteously
• Sell transport tickets (tickets, ski passes, etc.)
• Handle payments and manage the till with rigour
• Check the proper functioning of ticket machines and report any anomalies
• Respond to telephone calls and emails from customers or partners

Your profile:

• Experience in a similar role or customer-facing position
• Good proficiency with common computer tools
• Knowledge of Skidata system (an advantage)
• Service-oriented, reliable, good stress resistance
• Native French speaker, excellent knowledge of German and/or English

Employment contract: Fixed-term contract for the ski season, from early December 2026 to mid-April 2027 (depending on snow conditions), with an activity rate of 70 to 100% depending on contracts.
