Building Services Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Building services engineering, which combines architecture and function – this is the core competence of our Rocken partner. Responsibilities:
- Support project managers in planning and execution documents in the field of building services engineering (HVAC)
- Perform calculations and design of technical systems
- Prepare technical specifications and bills of quantities
- Contribute to the creation of concepts and solution finding
- Use CAD software to create drawings and plans
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external specialist planners
- Support cost and schedule planning of projects
- Document and report planning progress
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services engineer HVAC
- Initial professional experience as a building services engineer
- Good knowledge of CAD software
- Revit skills and experience with BIM methodology are advantageous
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of relevant standards, especially SIA 108
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Fluent German and preferably English
