Building Services Planner Heating (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 90,000Our ROCKEN partner has been a successful planning company in the field of building services (heating - ventilation - air conditioning - refrigeration - sanitary - specialist coordination) for 30 years and plans these from concept to completion. Their projects range from commercial, industrial, residential, retirement homes, hospitals to administration.
Responsibilities:
- You plan heating systems for various types of buildings, including commercial, industrial, residential complexes, retirement homes, hospitals and administrative buildings.
- You create technical drawings and plans for heating installations in compliance with current standards and regulations.
- You perform calculations for the dimensioning of heating systems and select suitable systems and materials.
- You work closely with architects, engineers and other specialist planners to ensure the integration of heating systems into the overall planning.
- You supervise the implementation of the plans and support the commissioning of the heating systems.
- You prepare offers and calculate costs for heating projects.
- You stay informed about new technologies and developments in heating technology and incorporate innovative solutions into your planning.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a building services planner EFZ specialising in heating.
- You have sound knowledge of the relevant standards, regulations and technologies in the field of heating systems.
- Experience in planning heating systems for various building types is an advantage.
- You are confident in using planning software (e.g. CAD programmes) and have a good technical understanding.
- Teamwork and communication skills are natural to you.
- You work in a structured and precise manner and can deliver accurate results even under time pressure.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required; additional language skills are an advantage.
