In this role, you plan and implement innovative, reliable IT solutions that are flexible and cost-effective, tailored to the needs of customers. You are responsible for the professional operation of modern IT infrastructures on-premise, in the cloud and in hybrid environments. You rely on a powerful Swiss high-performance cloud to securely and efficiently meet even demanding requirements. Through proactive action, you ensure stable, smooth IT operations and make sure systems run smoothly at all times. In addition, you contribute your expertise to sustainable, future-oriented IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
You manage demanding customer environments and continuously develop their IT landscapes.
You implement and administer Microsoft, cloud, virtualisation and workplace solutions.
You perform maintenance work and ensure stable, secure operation of the systems.
You support internal specialists and users with complex technical issues.
You take on demanding 3rd-level support tasks and analyse faults sustainably.
Qualifications:
You have several years of practical experience in system engineering or comparable infrastructure roles.
You possess solid know-how in Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint management and collaboration platforms.
You are familiar with virtualisation, VDI and hybrid cloud architectures.
You work independently, analytically and solution-oriented and gladly take responsibility.
You communicate confidently in German and English and convince through team and customer orientation.
