Production & Supply Chain Manager

About the position

On behalf of one of our clients, a major player in the industrial sector, we are recruiting a Production & Supply Chain Manager

You will support production sites in improving their performance by identifying areas for improvement, managing continuous improvement projects, and assisting teams in deploying best practices.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostics of industrial performance.
• Identify and implement improvement actions regarding productivity, maintenance, costs, and organisation.
• Support teams in change management and skills development.
• Train employees in continuous improvement methods and tools.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and promote a results-oriented culture.
• Carry out audits and provide improvement recommendations.

Profile sought

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
• Good command of Lean tools and industrial performance indicators.
• Leadership, analytical mindset, hands-on approach, and excellent communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
