Your Working Environment

As a construction worker specialising in interior fitting and assembly, you will undertake a variety of practical tasks on our construction sites and be a central part of building our internal execution team. We are deliberately looking for a technical all-rounder who thinks across trades, is flexibly deployable, and enjoys pitching in. You will work closely with site management, project management, and external craftsmen to ensure a high-quality, efficient, and timely implementation of our projects.

We are not looking for a specialist in just one trade. We are looking for a true all-rounder. Someone who understands construction sites, is technically skilled, thinks ahead, and pitches in where support is needed. Whether assembly, interior fitting, minor adjustments, or coordination with other craftsmen – you feel at home on the construction site and find pragmatic solutions. This versatility defines you.

Your Role

• Independent execution of diverse tasks in interior fitting

• Assembly of kitchens, built-in cupboards, doors, and bespoke joinery work

• General assembly, conversion, and repair work on construction sites

• Carrying out adjustment, extension, and finishing work

• You support all tasks arising in interior fitting and work flexibly across trades depending on the project and requirements

• Support with minor plastering, drywall, silicone, sealing, and finishing work

• Support with dismantling, preparatory, and completion work

• Independently recognising and solving technical challenges on site in collaboration with the head of interior fitting

• Coordination with site management, project management, as well as internal and external craftsmen

• Ensuring quality, order, and occupational safety on the construction site

• Support with material checks, logistics, and site organisation

• Assistance with measurement work, site inspections, and commissioning

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training, for example as a joiner EFZ, carpenter EFZ, assembly joiner, floor layer, metalworker, plumber, plasterer, bricklayer, or comparable training

• Several years of experience in interior fitting, conversion, or on construction sites

• Technically broadly skilled and enjoys varied work

• Strong manual dexterity and high quality standards

• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style

• Willingness to take on cross-trade tasks

• Good German language skills

• Driving licence category B
