Export Clerk Industry 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000For an established Swiss technology company, we are looking for a committed individual. The company develops and manufactures high-quality solutions for the protection of buildings and infrastructures and stands for quality, precision, and continuous development. Responsibilities:
Management of the entire order process from enquiry to invoicing
Preparation of offers and recording of new customer orders in daily business
Organisation of national and international transports considering relevant Incoterms
Creation and control of export and customs documents
Compilation and management of product documents and customer-specific documentation
Support of sales with presentations, documents, and administrative tasks
Active participation in cross-departmental projects and technical customer enquiries
Qualifications:
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and professional experience in an industrial environment
Affinity for technical products and interest in their applications
Knowledge in export, international delivery processes, or customs clearance is an advantage
Confident appearance with strong customer orientation and communication skills
Organised, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Committed personality with initiative and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
Very good German skills as well as solid English skills
