Building Services Planner (m/f/d)

Role:
You want to work on exciting and demanding large projects and specifically develop your knowledge in building services? You can expect a varied role where you support project management, independently handle smaller systems, and actively participate in the planning and implementation of diverse building services solutions.
Responsibilities:
Supporting project management on interesting and significant large projects
Independent handling of smaller systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, cooling, and sanitation
Creation and processing of planning documents
Preparation of schematics and tenders
Conducting technical calculations
Participation in internal and external project meetings
Willingness to take on construction management tasks
Qualifications:
Completed training as a building services planner EFZ specialising in heating, ventilation, cooling, or sanitation
Initial professional experience in building services planning
Knowledge of Nova CAD
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
Enthusiasm for demanding technical tasks and enjoyment of teamwork
High commitment and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
