IT Support and System Administration (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Role:
In this role, as an IT support and system administration specialist, you will design future-oriented and individual IT solutions for demanding clients. You will take responsibility for the smooth operation of IT systems, analyse faults, and find pragmatic, sustainable solutions. You will personally support users, assist them with technical questions, and ensure that systems run stably, securely, and efficiently. You will be responsible for the ongoing optimisation of the existing infrastructure and contribute your experience to the planning and implementation of new solutions. With your professional and trustworthy manner, you will significantly contribute to a reliable, modern, and user-oriented IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- You support SME clients in the areas of client, server, network, and internet.
- You install, configure, and operate IT systems as well as security solutions.
- In this role, you set up and operate Microsoft 365 and other cloud solutions.
- You undertake migration projects between on-premise environments and cloud platforms.
- As IT support and system administration, you handle support tasks on site.
- You assist customers electronically and by telephone with technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system technology EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft environments (server, client, Office, Microsoft 365)
- Experience with virtualisation solutions, especially Hyper-V
- Experience in networking (internet, firewall, VPN, VLAN)
- Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of English
- Solution-oriented, independent, and customer-focused working style with strong team skills and driving licence category B
