Military Insurance Sector Manager 80 - 100 %

What you achieve
- You lead and support a team of about twenty people responsible for managing military insurance in French-speaking Switzerland.
- You ensure the operational and budgetary management of your sector.
- You analyse processes, identify improvement potentials and contribute to the development of military insurance.
- You maintain trusting relationships with insured persons, medical partners, as well as with relevant institutions and organisations.
- You act as the link between the military insurance headquarters in Bern and activities in French-speaking Switzerland.
- As a member of the management board, you actively participate in the development of the Western Switzerland region and military insurance at the Suva Geneva agency.
What you bring
- You hold a master’s degree in law and a lawyer’s certificate or equivalent diploma.
- You have proven experience in leading teams, as well as in project and process management.
- You have several years of experience in the field of social or personal insurance.
- French is your mother tongue and you have excellent knowledge of German.
- You stand out for your analytical mind, your ability to synthesise and your ease in decision-making.
- You demonstrate great interpersonal skills and enjoy working within a matrix organisation.
