Modern Workplace & Microsoft System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, as a System Engineer, you develop and implement modern workplace and cloud solutions, thereby shaping future-oriented ICT concepts for your clients. You continuously support them in the further development of their digital work environments and ensure these operate stably, securely, and efficiently. You contribute your expertise across various IT areas and actively participate in designing solutions. You appreciate professional diversity, enjoy direct interaction with clients, and use this proximity to translate their requirements precisely into technical solutions. At the same time, you drive your personal development forward and continuously expand your experience in professional system engineering.
Responsibilities:
Design and technical implementation of modern workplace environments with a focus on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and contemporary endpoint management
Modernisation of existing customer platforms through migration and introduction of Windows Server and Microsoft cloud services
Assuming technical responsibility in demanding infrastructure projects and solving complex problems at the 3rd level
Advising customers on technology decisions and supporting pre-sales as well as actively shaping new solutions around Azure, security, Citrix, and automation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with a focus on system technology or platform development and several years of experience in the Microsoft infrastructure environment
Strong interest in modern workplace, cloud, and current Microsoft technologies as well as motivation to continuously expand your own expertise
Independent and solution-oriented engineer with a structured approach, high service orientation, and enjoyment of direct customer consulting
Communicative team player with good German skills and a driving licence for occasional customer visits
