Our client, a local public entity located in Vionnaz, is strengthening its finance team with an Accountant at 90–100%. In a human-sized structure, you will work on varied topics and directly contribute to the smooth running and development of financial and administrative processes.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You manage supplier accounting and payment processing
• You ensure the monitoring of contributions and litigation files
• You take part in budget preparation and monitoring
• You are involved in account closing operations
• You provide support in payroll and insurance processing
• You handle certain specific tasks related to social insurance
• You ensure the reliability and quality of financial data
• You participate in the optimisation and digitalisation of internal processes
• You work in coordination with the various departments of the organisation

You offer your new employer

• You hold a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification
• You have acquired at least 3 years of experience in an accounting or financial role
• You are experienced enough to manage your responsibilities autonomously
• You ideally know the functioning of a public or semi-public organisation
• A specialisation or additional training in finance/accounting is appreciated
• You are comfortable in a digital environment and quickly learn new ERPs
• You communicate fluently in French
• Your rigour, team spirit and adaptability are among your strengths
