Architect as Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 120,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced project manager in architecture for the independent management of demanding building construction projects at home and abroad. You combine strong skills in concept and design with solid experience in project organisation, planning and interdisciplinary coordination. As project manager, you lead internal project teams, work closely with management and control the collaboration with all professionals involved in planning and construction. A special focus is on digital planning processes with Revit and BIM coordination as well as high architectural and planning quality.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of demanding architectural and building construction projects across several planning phases
Professional and organisational leadership of internal project teams as well as management of tasks, resources and planning statuses
Development and continuation of demanding architectural concepts and designs
Responsibility for project, planning and interface coordination with specialist planners and other project participants
Management of digital planning with Revit as well as coordination and quality assurance of BIM models
Execution of BIM coordination between architecture, structural engineering, building services and other disciplines
Ensuring consistent design, approval and execution planning
Coordination and communication with clients, authorities, specialist planners, experts and contractors
Responsibility for schedule planning, planning quality and project organisation as well as ongoing project controlling
Creation and quality assurance of presentations, planning documents and architectural documentation
Close collaboration with management on project decisions, planning strategies and design issues
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree FH/ETH or comparable university degree
5-10 years of professional experience in planning and project management of demanding building construction projects
Solid experience in concept, design, project planning and interdisciplinary planning coordination
Very good user knowledge of Revit as well as experience with BIM coordination and model-based planning
Sound knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss planning and construction processes
Proficient use of common CAD, graphic and presentation programmes
Very good German language skills spoken and written
