With our more than 560 employees, the Regional Medical-Social Centre of Sierre (Intercommunal Association) has the mission to offer various services to the entire population of the 11 member municipalities. Our main services cover diverse areas, notably home help and care, social action, employment, prevention, and childcare.

To meet the numerous requests for day care for children, our 1-2-3 Soleil care network is looking for parents wishing to welcome one or more children, of preschool or school age. We are therefore actively seeking several:

Your Profile

- You have significant experience as a parent or have worked in the socio-educational field

- You hold a category B or C driving licence or possess Swiss nationality

- You are not currently registered with an unemployment office

- You demonstrate flexibility and availability regarding working hours

- You have a minimum B1 level in French, both spoken and written

Your Mission

- To provide care and support for children in your home

- To ensure a safe and caring environment conducive to the children’s well-being

- To organise varied activities adapted to the children’s age and development

- To maintain a quality relationship based on trust and communication with families

- To collaborate with the care network manager and ensure compliance with current standards and requirements
