Your tasks

The product portfolio you and the team are responsible for includes applications used throughout the cantonal administration, such as DocProStar, JIRA, Office at Work and Collaboard. For the applications assigned to you, you take end-to-end responsibility for operation, further development and lifecycle management.
You analyse new requirements, develop suitable solution concepts and implement them together with internal and external partners.
You actively drive the digitalisation and automation of administrative processes and continuously develop existing applications and solutions.
You plan and coordinate releases, upgrades and technical renewals and ensure the sustainable further development of the application landscape. You actively contribute your knowledge of DevOps, automation and continuous improvement to the daily team routine.
You work closely with specialist departments and infrastructure teams, ensure knowledge exchange and advise our customers in the departments. At the same time, you manage external suppliers and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Your profile

You have a completed education in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field at FA, HF, FH or university level.
You have several years of professional experience in application or service management and are familiar with the operation of business-critical applications from practice.
You are well acquainted with modern software development and operation models such as Agile (SAFe), DevOps, CI/CD and cloud technologies.
You have experience in requirements management and in implementing digitalisation and automation projects.
You work self-organised and proactively, take ownership and convince with a high customer and service orientation as well as your communication skills. Interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous improvement of processes and solutions are a matter of course for you.
