Architect / Execution Planning & Detail Planning (m/f/d)
Role:
Do you want to develop demanding construction projects from project planning to execution and contribute your constructive expertise? You can expect a varied role focusing on work planning, detailing and collaboration with various project partners.
Responsibilities:
Development of construction projects up to execution planning
Creation of work, detail and execution plans
Development of constructive solutions considering quality and design
Preparation of tender documents
Coordination of technical interfaces with specialist planners, authorities and contractors
Support of construction management during realisation
Ensuring high constructive and design quality
Qualifications:
Completed studies in architecture (ETH, FH or equivalent)
2-4 years of professional experience in execution planning
Solid knowledge in work planning and constructive detailing
Confident handling of Swiss standards, constructions and materials
Good understanding of construction processes
Independent, precise and structured working style
Very good German language skills spoken and written
