Chief Physician Secretary Paediatrics 90%
Your tasks – our position
- Organisation and management of the chief physician’s secretariat
- Organisation and planning of consultations; contact with patients and referring doctors
- Writing medical reports and general correspondence of the chief physician
- Preparation of documentation and statistics
- Preparation of applications and organisation of events
- Administration of human resources (application, onboarding and employee interviews)
- Organisational tasks within the framework of clinic management
Your skills – our requirements
- You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification. Training as a medical or chief physician secretary is an advantage
- You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as good French skills
- Ideally, you have professional experience in healthcare, are well versed in medical terminology and proficient in common MS Office applications
- You are characterised by a high sense of responsibility, flexibility, as well as an independent, structured and precise way of working
- You are a motivated, committed and team-oriented personality with joy in collaboration
- You approach technical and organisational changes with openness and are willing to actively help shape new processes
