• Provide quality advice to customers at the counter. • Active follow-up and management of the branch's client portfolio, prospecting, appointment scheduling. • Define and exploit client potential, propose solutions and products matching their expectations. • Management of cash registers, ATMs and safe deposit compartments. • Active cross-selling and forwarding technical questions to the competent advisor.
