Real Estate Client Advisor (Romandie Region)
Frank, Grégoire, Florence, Valentin and other colleagues need reinforcement. In other words, they need you!
Your mission
- Advise clients in a personalised, professional and needs-oriented manner (housing cooperatives and real estate investors)
- Manage and proactively develop your own client portfolio
- Enthuse clients with your advice
- Create networks and contribute to the reputation of our bank in your region (representation tasks)
- Analyse and prepare credit protocols
- Study annual and profit and loss accounts
- Prepare property valuations
- Work closely with various internal departments
Your contribution
- At least three years of professional experience as a Real Estate Client Advisor with your own client portfolio or as an assistant in this sector
- Excellent knowledge in the field of real estate financing
- Good knowledge of the real estate market
- A commercial or specialised education
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to enthuse clients
- A solution-oriented mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit
