Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of building services engineering projects from planning to implementation
- Responsibility for budgets, schedules and quality assurance of projects
- Use of project management tools (Agile, CMMI, SCRUM, Azure DevOps) to optimise project workflows
- Close collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitoring compliance with applicable regulations and standards in building services engineering
- Risk management and resolution of arising challenges
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in building services engineering, project management or a related field
- Proven experience in managing building services engineering projects
- Profound knowledge of project management tools such as Agile, CMMI, SCRUM and Azure DevOps
- Strong skills in budget and time planning
- Excellent organisational skills and assertiveness
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
