Role:
In this role, you take on the professional management and support of administrative software solutions and ensure that they are reliable, efficient and user-friendly in use. You are responsible for smooth operation, analyse requirements, coordinate adjustments and work closely with internal and external contacts. With your strong understanding of business processes, you provide competent professional advice, support optimisations and contribute significantly to the further development of the applications used. You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, keep an overview even in complex situations and ensure that the applications meet high quality standards. Through your commitment, you make a decisive contribution to ensuring that digital administrative processes are efficient, secure and future-proof.
Responsibilities:
With your know-how, you support application consultants and solve technical challenges in the application environment
You ensure the stable operation of application landscapes and resolve any faults that occur
The implementation of automations, security requirements and monitoring solutions is part of your duties
You accompany specifications, tests and rollouts during the introduction of new application releases
Qualifications:
You have a qualification in the IT field as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Server and Microsoft SQL.
You bring experience with IDP, reverse proxy and ideally innosolv and/or CMI.
Your independent, reliable and precise way of working characterises you.
You are team-oriented, eager to learn and have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
