QA Specialist M/F
Your mission
Within a demanding GMP environment, you provide quality support for production operations and ensure that activities comply with regulatory requirements and current quality standards. As a true partner of operational teams, you contribute to guaranteeing product quality while supporting continuous improvement activities.
Your responsibilities
- Provide daily quality support to production teams.
- Ensure operations comply with GMP requirements and internal procedures.
- Participate in managing quality events: deviations, investigations, CAPA and change controls.
- Conduct quality assessments of production dossiers and ensure their compliance.
- Support operational teams in resolving quality issues.
- Participate in risk analyses and continuous improvement activities.
Your profile
- University degree or equivalent in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology or quality.
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in pharma or biotech QA, necessarily acquired in a GMP environment: managing deviations, CAPA, investigations or change controls and batch release.
- Ideally, you have participated in industrial projects/process transfers on highly potent active products (HPAPI).
- You have analytical skills, rigour and the ability to make quality decisions in a highly regulated environment.
- You are fluent in French and have a professional level of English.
